Thioglycolic acid-based perm fluid. Strong is designed for stiff and untwisted hair. Provides a natural but more defined twist .

Method uses: Wash hair with a shampoo such as CeCe CARE Volume Shampoo. Roll your hair on rollers, soak it in perming liquid, then cover your head with a cap and then a towel. After 10 minutes, check if the hair is sufficiently curled, if not, leave it for another 5 minutes. Unwrap the cap and, without removing the rollers, rinse your hair under water. Then pat dry with a towel and pour on the fixative liquid.
