With Cece Classic Form liquid you will get beautiful natural curls. The liquid is designed for normal hair and will work best on it. Recommended ondulation time is 10 minutes.

Method uses: Wash hair with a shampoo such as CeCe CARE Volume Shampoo. Roll your hair on rollers, soak it in perming liquid, then cover your head with a cap and then a towel. After 10 minutes, check if the hair is sufficiently curled, if not, leave it for another 5 minutes. Unwrap the cap and, without removing the rollers, rinse your hair under water. Then pat dry with a towel and pour on the fixative liquid.
