Permanent fixative liquid for use with all Ballerina perm liquids.

Usage:

Rinse off any remaining Ballerina perm lotion with warm water. Dry the rolled hair thoroughly with cotton wool or gauze. Spread Ballerina fixative twice on each strand of hair - first sparingly, then generously. Leave for 5 minutes. Once the liquid has been absorbed throughout the hair, remove the rollers and rinse the hair with water. For a natural "twist" and shine, apply conditioner/mask for damaged hair, rinse with water, style and blow dry hairstyle.
